Assessments lie at the center of Pro Mind’s activities.

They allow for the setting-up of selection processes (recruitment/promotion), the building-up and development of teams, the management of careers and of mobility programs, the management of organizational change, the solving of conflict and the non-therapeutic prevention of stress. Moreover, they allow for the identification of the needs in terms of training and/or coaching of both individuals and teams.

Pro Mind Assessment preserves the private sphere of individuals and the confidentiality of results under any circumstances, in accordance with the Pro Mind Charter.
